Friday, August 15th is Purple People Day at Van Duyn

This Friday, August 15th, we are going to "paint our school purple."

Our School Wide Unity Initiative is based on the books The World Needs More Purple People and The World Needs More Purple Schools by Kristen Bell & Benjamin Heart.

We are encouraging all Vikings to wear Purple on Friday as a culminating activity to "paint our school purple".
